Therefore, my approach can be strong to get rid of your knots and release muscle tension or gentle to release all accumulated stress. During our session, I deeply connect with the pure essence of who you are, as eternal spirit. I align with that place inside of myself and ask for guidance and direction, in terms of the work that needs to take place in our time together. I open myself to being a conduit and a channel for the Universal healing energy to work through me.
